What type of IT Service Contract do you need?
- Reaction Time
For a small monthly standby fee we will guarantee a maximum reaction time in case you need our help. Then you pay just for the work requested. Other than that, there is no other obligation on your side. - Contingency
If you are willing to book a certain amount of labor hours per month, you will get a guaranteed maximum reaction time free of charge. This is the right contract if you have at least a rough estimate of the amount of onsite work needed. - Managed Care
If you want us to administer an IT location completely and autonomously, this is the contract of choice. For each server, workstation, router or printer there is a fixed monthly fee that takes care of everything.
