Can you imagine if before you could access your favorite workplace memory, you were pre-empted by a copyright notice? It's a little science fiction (thanks Adam) but not unreasonable as an expectation of the worst possible things to come.
This week a company sued an employee that departed amicably and with "permission" to take his twitter followers with him... for reimbursement.
Should this concept be accepted, codified into law, and enforcement attempted ... it would kill social media as we know it today.
